Sales Rep

We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate Sales Rep to join our team. You’ll play an integral role in helping us scale our business and expand our client base, so we can further our mission to revolutionize how companies hire. As a Sales Rep, your job is to represent Gem externally and ensure that our clients have the best possible experience. You’ll be an evangelist and ambassador for the Gem brand and product.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Create and manage relationships with potential and existing customers, strengthening our customer base by driving sales.
2. Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Generate brand awareness and marketing content to promote Gem.
4. Attend customer meetings and trade shows, in order to increase brand awareness and publicize the company’s successes.
5. Leverage CRM data to understand customer needs, develop and implement strategies for sales growth.

We’re looking for someone with a demonstrated track record in sales and customer management, who has the ability to think strategically and push boundaries. You should have good relationship building skills, be well-versed in the latest digital technologies, and possess a strong commercial acumen.
