UX Researcher

At Dropbox, UX Researchers play a critical role in helping us understand the needs of our customers and create solutions that make the user experience remarkable. As a UX Researcher, you will lead user research initiatives and set the foundation for product teams to make decisions quickly and powerfully. You will be a key member of the Dropbox design team, helping to shape and validate design solutions, as well as represent the voice of the customer.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for design and research, a talent for storytelling, and an analytical mind. In addition, the candidate should be comfortable working in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.

UX Researcher responsibilities include:

1. Lead user research initiatives, including usability tests, interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries.
2. Analyze and present user research data in a concise and meaningful way.
3. Translate insights into actionable design solutions.
4. Establish best practices and guidelines for user research activities.
5. Integrate user research findings into product design, development, and delivery processes.
